Yes. Instead of random characters you can use a word of your own: tiklagit.ac/spring-sale.
On the shortening screen, open Advanced Options → Custom Alias and type what you want. An alias needs at least three characters and must not already be taken.
Branded aliases are easier to remember and easier to trust. A link that reads /spring-sale tends to get noticeably more clicks than one made of random letters, because people can guess where it leads.
