Yes, for links created under an account. You can update the destination at any time and the short address stays the same.
That means a link you have already shared or printed can be reused. If your campaign page moves, you do not need to send out a new link — you point the existing one somewhere else, and everyone who has it lands on the new page.
Open Links in your dashboard, find the link and choose Edit. The change takes effect immediately.
