This policy explains how personal data is handled across the link shortening, QR code and link-in-bio services provided at tiklagit.ac.
1. Who we are

2. What we collect
2.1. When a short link is clicked
- Date and time
- IP address
- Country and city
- Browser and operating system
- Browser language
- Referring address
Location is determined by matching the IP address against a local database on our own server. Your IP address is not sent to a third party for this.
2.2. When you create an account
Email address, username and password (passwords are stored irreversibly). Optionally profile details and a billing address.
2.3. Content you create
The addresses you shorten, QR code content, bio page content and any images you upload.
3. Why we process it
- Providing the service: making redirects work and managing your account
- Analytics: producing click reports for your links
- Security: preventing abuse, spam and fraud
- Legal obligations: where the law requires it
4. How long we keep it
Click statistics are kept for the period defined by your plan and deleted automatically once that window passes. You can also reset a link's statistics yourself at any time.
Deleting your account permanently removes all data associated with it.
5. Third parties
The only third-party service currently in use is Google Analytics, for aggregate usage statistics. It does not run unless you accept analytics cookies.
We do not sell or rent your data to third parties for marketing.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, request correction or deletion, and object to processing. Write to info@tiklagit.ac with any request.
7. Security
Traffic is encrypted with TLS. Passwords are stored using irreversible hashing. Two-factor authentication is available for your account.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated. The date at the top reflects the most recent change.
