Tıklagit (tiklagit.ac) provides link shortening, QR code generation and link-in-bio pages.
2. Prohibited use
Short links must not point to:
- Phishing, fraud or other deceptive pages
- Malware, viruses or harmful executable files
- Content that infringes copyright
- Any material involving the exploitation of children
- Hate speech, incitement to violence or terrorist propaganda
- Unsolicited bulk messaging campaigns
- Any other content prohibited by applicable law
Links breaching these rules are disabled without prior notice and the account may be closed.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorised use.
4. Responsibility for content
You alone are responsible for the content at the destination of any link you shorten. Tıklagit does not review third-party sites and cannot be held responsible for them.
5. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, technical faults or events beyond our control may cause temporary downtime.
6. Suspension and termination
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You may delete your own account at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided «as is». We accept no liability for indirect losses arising from its use.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Türkiye.
